Raspberry Juice
Pineapple Juice
15 ml
French Vanilla Syrup
Grapefruit Soda
METHOD

Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake until well chilled.

Double strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.

Top up with chilled grapefruit soda.

Stir gently once.

Garnish with a thin strip of sour fruit leather, placed elegantly inside or clipped to the rim.
