METHOD

Combine 41 by Ohanyan Cornel, lemon juice, simple syrup, still water, and fresh basil leaves in a blender.

Blend until smooth and well combined.

Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze until firm, stirring occasionally for texture.

Scoop one portion of lemon-basil sorbet into a chilled coupe glass.
