METHOD

Combine 41 BY OHANYAN Pomegranate, peach soju, lemon juice, simple syrup, coconut milk, and almond bitter in a shaker.

Gently stir, then add lemon juice to trigger the milk curdling. Let sit for 30 minutes.

Strain through a fine filter or cheesecloth until the liquid is clear and silky.

Pour 70 ml of the clarified punch into a rocks glass with ice.
