This cocktail is a zesty and effervescent delight, blending the flavors of apricot, peach marmalade, and lemon juice with the refreshing bubbles of soda water. It's a perfect pick-me-up for a sunny day or as a pre-dinner aperitif.

METHOD

In the shaker, add the ARTSAKH Apricot, peach marmalade, and lemon juice.

Shake the ingredients well to mix and combine them.

Prepare a highball glass and fill it with ice.

Use a strainer to pour the shaken cocktail mixture into the highball glass.

Top up the drink with soda water (S. Pellegrino).

Gently stir the cocktail with a bar spoon to mix the soda water.

Garnish the drink with a dried apricot.
