A refined Armenian cocktail with 41 by Ohanyan Apricot, melon milk, pineapple, lemon, white wine, and caramel syrup. Smooth, fruity, and perfect for summer evenings or celebrations.

41 by Ohanyan Apricot (stone-infused)
Melon Milk
Lemon Juice
Cold White Wine infused with blue cheese
Pineapple Juice
Caramel Syrup
Strawberry
METHOD

If using strawberry, lightly muddle it in the shaker.

Add 41 by Ohanyan Apricot, melon milk, lemon juice, pineapple juice, white wine infusion, and caramel syrup to shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry or small melon ball.
